I’m a modern languages graduate with 19 years’ experience teaching French, Spanish and EFL in the UK and abroad.
Over the past five years I’ve gone through a stress-related burnout, grieved the sudden and unexpected death of a parent, deconstructed a life-long religious faith, and stepped out into the daunting unknown of a life after teaching. So I know what it is to rebuild whole areas of my life from scratch and to stand on that metaphorical precipice, wondering whether or not to leap into the unknown.
I’m passionate about helping people improve their lives, relationships and creative processes, whether that’s through conquering fears and limiting beliefs, changing unhelpful mindsets, or making small, yet powerful changes in their current practices and habits. I believe that everyone is capable of change, of stepping out with courage and creating the future they’ve always dreamed of, and it’s my absolute privilege to help them on that journey.
